Yes, now that SA has left, I suppose I'll have to do something else with my time other than go to the Canon every week! I suppose 12 shows in five weeks isn't that crazy, right? *crickets*

Did you see Kyle Riabko? If so, what did you think? I liked him, but I don't think anyone can compare to Matt Doyle. We really lucked out to have him for most of the run.

Wait, you saw SA 12 times? Or did I mention that somewhere? Uh, cause I saw it 12 times in Toronto. hehe... I'm about to post a review with Riabko too, about a week late, but you know, I've been busy seeing the show, so no time to post. Ha! Same, he was good but different but Matt is MATT and we were VERY lucky to get him.

I've now seen Jonathan Groff 7 times, Matt Doyle 6 times, Riabko 4 times, Perry Sherman 2 times and Hunter Parrish 2 times.

Yep, I saw it 12 times, too! I couldn't resist, and the box seats made it so affordable.

I've seen Matt Doyle 10 times, Hunter Parrish twice, Kyle Riabko twice, and Perry Sherman once.

I really liked Kyle himself as a performer, but I didn't love his Melchior. If that makes any sense. I saw him Saturday matinee and Sunday matinee of this past weekend, and on Saturday his voice was not strong. He couldn't belt. But it was much better on Sunday, so I'm really glad I got to see him twice and hear his voice in good form.

But Matt Doyle is just the pinnacle for me. His Melchior is a thing of beauty. I loved Hunter and Perry, too, but Matt is in his own league.

I look forward to your Kyle review!

I love love loved "Being Erica". Maybe it's because she's exactly my age, maybe it's all the Toronto locations, but it was awesome.

In typical CBC fashion, they've already announced that next season will be shorter than this first one, but at least it's coming back!
