The TV Blog Coalition - Happy Moo Year

Happy New Year! It's Chinese New Years Eve tonight with The Year of the Cow (or Ox) starting on Monday (so don't wash your hair on Monday or you'll wash out all your fortunes and good luck for the new year and this year looks like we may need all the luck we can get).

So while I'm back on holiday eating mode (no wonder I never lose weight in the winter months), I'm luckily not missing much of new TV this week, where it seems like most network shows are taking a week off for some reason (with some exceptions like Scrubs, Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and all the cable shows I don't get on time here in Canada anyways).

Anyways, here's what the other TV bloggers were talking about last week:

Buzz wrapped up her stay at TCA by offering up some awards for the best, worst, and most awkward moments from her time in LA. (BuzzSugar)

Sandie thinks Legend of the Seeker is the Best Show You're Not Watching (Daemon's TV)

Rae's favorite dance show, America's Best Dance Crew, is back and she's breaking down what she thought of this week's performances. (RTVW Online)

Lost is back and so is Scooter's knit-picking of the show. (Scooter McGavin's 9th Green)

Vance shows some love for Privileged and Lost. (Tapeworthy)

This week, Jace took an early look at the third episode of Season Five of Lost ("Jughead") and hinted at some surprising twists to come! (Televisionary)

In this week's Gossip Girl recap, Sara draws some comparisons to Saved By The Bell and 90210. (TiFaux)

This week, the TV Addict revealed why we digg Jimmy Fallon (The TV Addict)

Happy New Year! And per your instructions, I will refrain from washing my hair tomorrow. Luckily, I don't have to go to work. ;-)

Actually, if you can avoid cleaning at all, it's best (what a great excuse eh?). And no haircut either.

It explains why chinese people will be stinky tomorrow (as opposed to every other day but that's another story, ha).

You're just a superstitious as me! I got a haircut, did laundry and washed my hair on the weekend, on top of all the cleaning, to keep with the old traditions. Gung hei fat choy to you!
