Grey's Anatomy - Spontaneous Combustions Are Fun To Watch
Physical Attraction... Chemical Reaction - Ep. 407
Okay, I can't believe I'm going to say this but this whole Gizzie thing, which has grossed me out the whole time... is actually slowly winning me over. Or at least, by the way they are approaching it. Or at least, the fact that Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight rock their roles and make watching them infinitely watchable no matter what the writers put them through.
George and Izzie are really working hard at getting it on (what's with this week?) but failing miserably. The chemistry just isn't there but we could have all told you that last season. At least, the chemistry isn't there that way. It's fun to watch Heigl and Knight deal with the fallout of their relationship that we've all been counting on, and doing a surprisingly entertaining job of it.
Richard is cramping Derek' style as Derek continues to sleep with Meredith. Richard needs to learn by himself after he walks in on Derek and Meredith naked.
Bailey, covering for Callie, is discovered by Richard who fires Callie and finally offers the job to Bailey. Finally! Bailey cries.
Meredith is still pissed at Lexi for intruding into her life but Alex calls her out for caring too much about not caring.
Christina gets scuttled off under Callie's supervision while Hahn takes Meredith. McSteamy thinks he's hot for Hahn but Hahn is smart enough not to buy it.
It's guest star poaching time! Stephanie March (Law & Order: SVU) and David Burke (Brothers & Sisters, The Tick) are bickering parents whose son eats magnets to get their attention.
Rochmond Dunbar (Prison Break) is the father of a newly adopted daughter whose wife has just collapsed. He doesn't want to deal with the baby until Lexi talks him back into it.

That episode was better than the crap they were giving us last season, but still not back to the standards of season 1 & 2.
